I'm Michelle, a professional health, fitness, life and mindset coach.

As a busy mother, Michelle knows first hand the challenges faced by women. Michelle uses a combination of her 20 years experience in the Fitness Industry, her qualifications as a personal trainer, yoga teacher and life coach and her lived experience of overcoming major challenges like open brain surgery, being a mother and juggling life. Her approach to getting results is based around supporting the whole person and not just the body.
